ArQule to offer $100m in securities

Biotechnology company ArQule Inc. said today it filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to offer up to $100 million in securities.

The company did not say what type of securities it would offer. The terms of the offering would be established at the time of each offering. It also did not disclose how the proceeds might be used. (AP)
