"Condo enclave" coming to Nantucket

A developer announced plans today for marketing Point Breeze, which it describes as a Nantucket landmark being transformed into a private club and "condominium enclave."

Point Breeze will be developed in two phases as part of a $100 million project, developer Matthews Hospitality Group LLC said.

The first phase of the project is set to be completed in summer 2008, and the complex's model residences and on-site sales office will open June 1, Matthews Hospitality Group said.

Point Breeze will be located at 77 Easton St., near Nantucket Town, and it will feature such amenities as a spa, a fitness center, a restaurant, a cabaret, and a cigar room, Matthews Hospitality Group said.
