CrossHarbor Capital Partners purchased Devens Industrial Park from Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. for $43.8 million, a broker involved in the transaction said.

The broker is Richards Barry Joyce & Partners LLC, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Boston.

According to Richards Barry Joyce, Devens Industrial Park is a two-building facility at the site of the former Devens military installation in Central Massachusetts; the buildings are currently under lease to Gillette, now part of Procter & Gamble Co., which uses them as a packaging and distribution facility.

CrossHarbor Capital Partners' website describes the firm as a national commercial real estate investment company with offices in Boston.

Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. is a registered investment adviser and real estate operating company in Boston.
