Dataupia launches new server
Dataupia Corp. unveils today its Dataupia Satori Server 12000.
According to the Cambridge company, the Dataupi Satori Server integrates server, storage, and optimization software; the data-warehouse appliance, the company said, is specifically designed for database and application transparency.
"Enterprises today have an urgent need for managing and using the immense amounts of data they are amassing on a daily basis," Dataupia chief executive Foster Hinshaw said in a statement. "However, they simply cannot afford to spend time and money re-engineering every existing business process and application to do so. We are pleased to offer the industry's first true enterprise data warehouse - a scalable, extensible appliance that can be used across an organizations and not just by users with the most complex data management needs."
