Fund sells 24-building portfolio

A fund sponsored by Beacon Capital Partners LLC, a Boston real estate and investment firm, has sold a national portfolio of 24 office buildings, the buyer said today.
The buyer is a fund of Broadway Partners, a New York real estate investment and management firm.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The portfolio includes buildings in Manhattan and San Francisco and the four-building Bay Colony Corporate Center in Waltham.
