Global Partners LP, a Waltham-based wholesale distributor of gasoline and oil, said today it has completed the acquisitions of refined products terminals in New York and Vermont.

Global Partners, one of the largest wholesale distributors in the Northeast of gasoline, distillates, and residual oil, paid $101.5 million to ExxonMobil Oil Corp. for terminals in Albany and Newburgh, N.Y., and Burlington, Vt.

The acquisition had been previously announced.

The terminals have a combined active storage capacity of 1.3 million barrels, increasing Global's total storage capacity by 19 percent to 8.1 million barrels, the company said.
