Boston law firm Foley Hoag LLP said today that Ronald E.M. Goodman has joined the firm as a partner in its international litigation and arbitration practice.

Goodman will work out of the firm's office in Washington, D.C., Foley Hoag said.

Goodman was formerly a co-head of the global international arbitration practice at the law firm of Winston & Strawn LLP, Foley Hoag said.

Accompanying Goodman in the move is Geraldine R. Fischer, who joins Foley Hoag as an associate, Foley Hoag said.
