Monahan promoted at Rasky Baerlein

Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications Inc. has promoted Melissa Monahan to vice president.

The Boston lobbying and public relations firm said Monahan will be group leader of its nonprofit, healthcare, and academic practices, responsible for growth in those areas.

She will also continue to implement communications strategies for existing clients such as the Museum of Science and Harvard Business School.
