Perini Building gets new CEO

The design and construction company Perini Corp. has promoted Craig Shaw to chairman and CEO of its Perini Building Co. subsidiary.

Shaw joined the company in 1978 and previously served as president of Perini Building.

Perini Corp., of Framingham, also promoted Richard Rizzo to vice chairman of Perini Building. He is currently responsible for business development, market planning and strategies, company growth, product selection and client relationships in US hospitality and gaming markets.

Also, Mark Caspers was promoted to president and chief operating officer of Perini Building.
