Synergy buys Broad Street building
Synergy bought a Broad Street office building in Boston for $12 million from Taurus Investment Holdings LLC, a broker involved in the transaction said today.
The broker is Jones Lang LaSalle, a real estate money management and services firm with headquarters in Chicago.
Jones Lang LaSalle said it represented Taurus and procured the buyer for 109-115 Broad St.
Synergy is a Boston-based real estate investment and development firm founded by David Greaney.
In a statement, Greaney described the building his company purchases as "a well located asset that will benefit from surrounding improvements and increasing office rents."
Founded in Munich just over 30 years ago, Taurus started out as a real estate advisor to wealth European families and institutional investors; it has offices in Boston.
