Verdasys in Taiwan distribution deal

Verdasys Inc. said today it has signed a distribution agreement with a Taiwanese data security company that should make Verdasys products more widely available in Taiwan and China.

Verdasys of Waltham specializes in data-loss prevention technology, and its partnership agreement is with iSecurity Inc.

Under the agreement, Verdasys said that iSecurity will distribute Verdasys's Digital Guardian solutions as part of its overall information security offerings throughout Taiwan and China.
