Wilson Elser moves to bigger Boston office
The Boston office of the national law firm Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP is moving to larger quarters, its broker said today.
The broker is NAI Hunneman Commercial, a Boston-based provider of commercial real estate services.
Currently located at 155 Federal St., Wilson Elser has signed a 10-year lease for 15,802 square feet of space at 260 Franklin St., NAI Hunneman said.
"260 Franklin St. is one of the most prominent office buildings in the heart of Boston's Financial District," Jonathan H. Gifford, senior vice president of NAI Hunneman, said in a statement. "Ever since (Wilson Elser) opened its office in Boston in 2000, the firm has grown exponentially and needed new and expanded space in downtown Boston."
Jones Lang LaSalle, a real estate money management and services firm headquartered in Chicago, represented the landlord, 260 Franklin Inc.; Jones Lang LaSalle senior vice president Bill Collins and assistant vice president Jason Cameron represented Heitman.
