Company relocates from Utah to Hopkinton

Facet Solutions Inc. today announced that it is relocating its corporate headquarters to Hopkinton.

Previously based in Logan, Utah, Facet Solutions is a privately held, venture-backed company focused on the development and the commercialization of surgical devices for the treatment of facet-related spinal disorders.

"The move to Massachusetts allows us to consolidate our operations in one location," company president and chief executive Geoff Pardo said in a statement. "It also gives us access to a wealth of talent in the medical device and spine industry."

Facet Solutions currently has 15 employees, 12 of them in Massachusetts, Pardo noted in an e-mail.
