The office of Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley said it has obtained a consent judgment against the management company and property owner of a 250-unit apartment complex in Cambridge resolving allegations of unlawful discrimination against a tenant and her daughter by allowing an employee to sexually harass them.
The judgment permanently prohibits Federal Management Company Inc. and Rindge Associates from discriminating or retaliating against any tenant or guest on the basis of sex, Coakley's office said.
Federal Management and Rindge Associates also agreed to implement and train current and future employees on a revised sexual harassment policy, Coakley's office said.
