Financing is arranged for Pembroke apartments

Fantini & Gorga said it recently arranged $29.7 million in first mortgage financing on Alexan Pembroke Woods, an apartment complex in Pembroke.

Fantini & Gorga is a Boston-based mortgage banking firm and an affiliate of Eastern Bank of Boston.

The Pembroke apartment complex is made up of 240 market-rate rental apartments, and the complex's amenities include a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a community room and business center, Fantini & Gorga said.

The loan was placed on behalf of BC Pembroke Woods LLC , a joint venture between Boston Capital Real Estate Partners LLC and Trammell Crow Residential, Fantini & Gorga said.
