Mass gas prices fall 7 cents to $1.85 per gallon

petrol1201.jpgGasoline prices in Massachusetts fell to $1.849 per gallon in its latest weekly survey, 7 cents lower than a week ago, AAA Southern New England said today.

The average price for self-serve, regular unleaded gas was $1.18 less than the $3.02 Massachusetts average at the close of Thanksgiving weekend 2007, said AAA Southern New England, whcih added that the last time Massachusetts prices dropped this low was in late January 2005, when the unleaded average fell to $1.82.
