Founder Mie-Yun Lee has been appointed president of BuyerZone, a Waltham-based online marketplace for business purchasing and a division of Reed Business Information, a business-to-business publisher. Lee has been named one of the Top 25 Women on the Web, as well as one of 11 "Women to Watch" in business-to-business media. She is also a recipient of an Asian Women in Business Entrepreneurial Achievement Award and a Working Woman Entrepreneurial Excellence Award.

Hythem T. El-Nazer and James R. Hart have been promoted from vice president to senior vice president at TA Associates, a private equity and buyout firm with offices in Boston. El-Nazer serves in TA's Boston office, focusing on investments in telecommunications, media, and other technology-based services companies. Hart is located in TA's office in Menlo Park, Calif.

Karen Buoniconti, Jim Keating, and Eric Sarrazin are new relationship managers who will support the growing business with third-party administrators for MassMutual's Retirement Services Division. Springfield-based MassMutual said the new relationship managers are focused on assisting advisors with plan reviews, investment change processing, product and service education and other valuable support for third-party-administrators-serviced plans on MassMutual's platform. All three are MassMutual veterans.
