Chris Hemme has been named the chief financial officer of Mall Networks, a Lexington-based provider of merchant-funded loyalty shopping solutions. Hemme comes to Mall Networks from Soundbite Communications - a provider of on-demand, integrated multi-channel communications solutions - where he was the vice president of finance and served as the company's chief financial officer.

Jamie L. Anderson, Jeffrey A. St. George, and Richard M. Fineo have been appointed as directors of business development at UGL Unicco, a subsidiary of United Group Limited and a Newton-based provider of outsourced facilities services. Anderson and St. George were promoted from within the company, and Fineo recently joined the company from Merchants Building Maintenance, where he was vice president of sales. All report through their respective organizations to Randy Ledbetter, UGL Unicco vice president of business development.

Tarra L. Curran (right) has been elected as managing director at CBIZ Tofias, a national accounting provider. Curran works in both the Providence and Cambridge offices and services clients throughout New England. She joined the company in 2005.
