David Glancy, 47, has joined Putnam Investments as managing director and portfolio manager. Putnam Investments is a global money management firm headquartered in Boston. Glancy joined the company from Andover Capital, where he was a founding partner and portfolio manager. His resume includes a stint as a portfolio manager at Fidelity Investments. At Putnam, he will partner with Putnam’s research teams to identify opportunities across the entire capital structure, focusing on equities while also including high-yield and bank debt.

Susan A. Jalbert and Erik Falvey have joined KIKA Medical, a Boston firm that helps life sciences companies in clinical trials of their products. Jalbert is senior director of North American sales, and Falvey is the director of business development for Northern Europe. Previously, Jalbert was vice president of sales at Inclinix. Prior to joining KIKA, Falvey was strategic business development manager at Kayentis.

Alejandro Rivera is now a project engineer at Ze-gen Inc., a Boston company that provides advanced gasification technology to convert waste streams into synthesis gas. At Ze-gen, Rivera is creating and managing the 3D engineering model of the company's liquid metal gasification gasifier design. Most recently, Rivera worked as the lead product engineer for Nuvera Fuel Cells, where he executed design engineering, prototyping, and fabrication of hydrogen generators, fuel cell systems, natural gas steam reformers, and other engineered components.

Christopher J. Deluga has been appointed as vice president at Eastern Wealth Management, the investment management division of Eastern Bank. Eastern Bank is a full-service commercial bank headquartered in Boston. Deluga is primarily focused on developing new business throughout the state's south coast and Cape Cod. Prior to joining Eastern, Deluga spent two years as a vice president at the Bank of New York Mellon Wealth Management.
