Commerce announces new hires and a promotion

Commerce Bank said Tulio Gasperini and John T. Kelley have joined the Worcester-based bank as vice presidents.

The bank also said it promoted Samir Rauf to vice president and credit officer.

Gasperini was previously vice president and director of communications for human resources at Citizens Financial Group; at Commerce Bank, he will be vice president and director of corporate marketing and communications, Commerce Bank said.

Before joining Commerce Bank as a vice president in the commercial lending division, Kelley held a similar position at TD Banknorth, Commerce Bank said.
