ExtendMedia names MacIsaac as CEO

ExtendMedia Corp. said it has named Tom MacIsaac (left) as chief executive.

The Boston firm helps telecommunications companies and media companies to create, deliver, and monetize digital media content across broadband, TV, and mobile devices, and it said it has raised more than $30 million in funding to date.

MacIsaac previously has been an executive with AOL, a corporate lawyer, and founder and chief executive of several successful tech startups, said ExtendMedia, which added that company founder Keith Kocho remains as president.
