Putnam taps Benjamin Lewis

Putnam Investments named Benjamin H. Lewis as managing director of defined contribution sales and relationship management.

The hiring of Lewis comes on the heels of the launch of Putnam’s new defined contribution platform announced last week, the Boston money management firm said in a press release.

Lewis joins the firm from Fidelity Investments, the Boston mutual funds giant; at Fidelity, he was senior vice president for Fidelity Employer Services Co.
