The fairs aim to promote affordable home ownership opportunities in Massachusetts, the administration said, and the fairs are being sponsored by a slew of state agencies as well as other entities including the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and the Massachusetts Bankers Association.
"Helping low and moderate-income home buyers achieve their goals through efforts like Opportunity Knocks will contribute to the Commonwealth's economic recovery, while helping stabilize and revitalize neighborhoods affected by foreclosure," Patrick said in a statement.
