Mzinga lands Playboy.com
Mzinga said that Playboy, the well-known lifestyle and publishing brand, has chosen Mzinga to power social media on Playboy.com.
With headquarters in Burlington, Mzinga bills itself as a social software solutions company that provides technology, strategy, and online moderation services that help customers increase revenue and lower costs by improving brand visibility and consumer loyalty.
Playboy.com currently attracts more than 6 million global monthly visitors to Playboy.com, Mzinga noted in its press release. By signing up with Mzinga, Playboy.com will create greater value for its online advertisers, Mzinga claims.
"Various Mzinga social media applications - including discussions, article comments, ratings, reviews, and social profiles - have been embedded throughout the Playboy.com site, enabling users to connect and interact with Playboy writers and each other on news and topics of interest, and post and read reviews of the best new movies, music, video games, places to travel, and more," the Mzinga press release said.
Other Mzinga customers include CBS.com, Johnson & Johnson, and Prudential Financial, Mzinga said in its press release.
