R. Brooks Borcherding has been appointed senior vice president of sales and chief revenue officer for NaviSite Inc., an Andover-based provider of enterprise hosting and application services. Borcherding joins NaviSite from Cisco Systems, where he was responsible for strategy, planning, business development, and sales operations for the enterprise east division.

Rob Chapdelaine (right) is the new vice president of worldwide sales and distribution for Application Security Inc., a New York-based provider of database security, risk ,and compliance solutions for the enterprise. He will work out of the firm's Bedford office. Chapdelaine previously managed sales organizations at Oracle and Parametric Technology Corp.

Robert Fetterman has joined WorldCare Clinical LLC as associate director of imaging services.Headquartered in Boston, WorldCare Clinical is an imaging contract research organization for clinical trials in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. Prior to joining WCC, Fetterman was associate director of imaging science at Acusphere Inc.
