Frank Petz has been appointed executive vice president at Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, a full-service commercial real estate advisory firm headquartered in Boston. Petz will lead the firm’s newly expanded Capital Markets Group. Prior to joining the firm, Petz was a managing director at Eastdil Secured, a real estate investment banking company.

Linda Peters (right) has been appointed to the position of loan officer for Salem Five Mortgage Company LLC, a subsidiary of Salem Five Bank. Peters will focus on providing residential lending products and services in southern Maine as well as parts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Before joining Salem Five, Peters garnered residential lending experience over the past 12 years in similar roles, such as loan processor and loan originator.
