Wilson will be PerkinElmer's new CFO

PerkinElmer Inc., a Waltham company focused on human and environmental health, said that Frank A. “Andy” Wilson (right) has been appointed as senior vice president, chief financial officer, and chief accounting officer.

Before joining PerkinElmer, Wilson was the corporate vice president of investor relations at Danaher Corp., a manufacturer of professional instrumentation, medical and industrial technologies, and tools and components.
