boyotwo410.jpg A nonfat frozen yogurt cafe called boYO plans to open next month on Cambridge Street in Boston's Beacon Hill neighborhood, the cafe's owner said in a press release.

According to the cafe's press release, the yogurt that will be dished up is "a healthy, gluten-free, nonfat alternative for breakfast, lunch, dessert, snack, or celebrations."

The press release describes owner Lori Peljovich as "a mom of three and Boston native who sampled other yogurt sensations in the New York area and saw a void in the Boston marketplace;" to launch boYO, she is partnering with her brother, real estate developer Barry Samuels.

Plans call for boYO to offer "a variety of fresh fruit and dry toppings and other frozen specialties such as gelato and sorbet to appeal to Beacon Hill’s diverse population of families, students, young professionals, as well as the Massachusetts General Hospital’s community of patients, doctors, and staff," the press release said.
