Raytheon gets $521m Air Force contract

The Air Force has awarded a $521 million missile contract to Raytheon Co.

The contract, announced yesterday, is for 105 medium range air-to-air missiles that are carried by fighter planes and other equipment such as training missiles.

Shares of Waltham-based Raytheon were up 13 cents to $47.79 in early trading today. (AP)
