SensAble Technologies Inc., a Woburn company that provides 3D touch-enabled modeling systems, said that golf sculptor Malcolm DeMille used its modeling system to design the trophy for this week's AT&T National golf tournament.
According to the company, the trophy is a scale version of the US Capitol building that will be presented to the winner by Tiger Woods on Sunday.
SensAble said in a press release that its system helped DeMille "to successfully and cost-effectively create new high-quality award items for the event's sponsors this year, including replica trophies, belt buckles, and more."
