The Chestnut Green Apartments has begun leasing
The Chestnut Green Apartments, a residential rental complex in Foxborough, has opened a model unit and has begun leasing apartments for summer occupancy, its developers said.
The location is the former Foxborough State Hospital, a collection of Greek Revival brick structures that have been redeveloped into a project with 55 apartments, said the developers, Abrams Properties LLC of Brookline and VinCo Properties Inc. of Boston.
"Market rents at the Chestnut Green Apartments range from $1,065 to $2,900 per month with 14 affordable units priced for tenants earning 80 percent of area median income," the developers said in a press release. "The apartments include a mix of one- and two-bedroom units and two bedroom plus den or loft units ranging in size from 780 square feet to 2,300 square feet."
The photo of the model unit that appears with this post was provided by the developers. The exterior photo of the Chestnut Green Apartments was taken from VinCo's website.
