177 Huntington will have five new tenants

The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and its commercial real estate broker, FHO Partners, announced five new leases at 177 Huntington Ave., a 26-story Boston office building that the church owns.

The new leases total about 88,000 square feet of office space, and only two floor of space remain available for lease in the building at the Christian Science Plaza, the church and FHO Partners said. (The photo above shows 177 Huntington in the foreground. The photo was provided by the church.)

The new tenants are CSN Stores LLC, Altus Marketing and Management, LLC, Charity Partners, Inc., One Pica, Inc., and Carbonite Inc., the church said.

CSN Stores will occupy six floors at 177 Huntington, or about 48,000 square feet. CSN is an online retailer. It will have administrative offices at the building, but not a store, a church spokeswoman said.

Brokers that represented tenants in the transactions included Richards Barry Joyce, Cushman & Wakefield, T3 Advisors, and CB Richard Ellis, the church said.
