Nexage Inc., a California company focused on mobile advertising solutions, said that it will be "relocating its headquarters to Boston to take advantage of the city's recognized talent pool and success in mobile advertising."
Nexage also said it has closed $4 million in Series A funding from BlackBerry Partners Fund and GrandBanks Capital, which has offices in Wellesley.
Mike Baker, a former vice president of Nokia and head of Nokia Interactive, has been appointed company chairman, Nexage said.
