Grill a hot dog Patriots style
For the football fan who wants to tail-gate in style while also exhibiting team loyalty, an Acton outfit may have the barbecue rig for you.
A company called Team Grill asserts in a press release that the New England Patriots will be the first NFL team with its logos and colors featured on its professional-grade barbecue grills.
These models don't come cheap - $699 to $1,499 - but when the mission is grilling hogmeats al fresco, the true uber-chef will spare no expense.
The grills are available at www.teamgrill.com as well as the at the Patriots Pro Shop and at www.patriotsproshop.com, the press release said.
"Patriots fans take tail-gating and game-day grilling seriously," Murray Kohl, vice president of sales for the New England Patriots, said in a statement. "We are happy to partner with Team Grill to introduce a high-quality product that will allow our fans to take their game day celebrations to the next level with a new, unique way to demonstrate their Patriots pride."
