Pedroia of the Sox signs on with Chevy dealers
New England Chevy Dealers today announced that Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia has signed on as the automotive group’s spokesperson.
The deal was brokered by WEEI and WRKO, the radio partners of the Boston Red Sox, the dealers group said in a press release.
"Pedroia is the voice of Chevy radio spots in the New England market," the dealers group said. "Additionally, Pedroia’s personal 2010 Chevy Camaro will be given away in a station sweepstakes at the end of the regular season. Starting July 9th, fans can visit a participating local Chevy dealer to pick up a free poster of Dustin and his Camaro. Each poster will have an entry code. The Camaro, which Pedroia will autograph, will be given away during the final game of the regular season."
