John Hancock Funds taps Arnott as COO

John Hancock Funds said it has named Andrew G. Arnott as chief operating officer, effective immediately.
Arnott, 38, was also named a senior vice president of Manulife Financial Corp., the Canadian parent company of Boston-based John Hancock Financial.
Arnott, who joined the company in 1993, previously served as vice president of product management and strategic planning for John Hancock Funds, a Hancock press release said. (Globe Staff)
