Spire opens Spire Taiwan LLC branch office

Spire Corp., a solar company headquartered in Bedford, said that it has established a wholly-owned subsidiary called Spire Taiwan LLC.

The Taiwan subsidiary will serve as the headquarters for equipment service operations and will support customers throughout China, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, and the Philippines, Spire said in a press release that added, "Spire will also be establishing a regional spare parts inventory warehouse in Taiwan."

Spire provides capital equipment to manufacture PV modules and turnkey manufacturing lines. (Globe Staff)
