Celtics team up with Chipotle Mexican Grill
The partnership will contain elements both in the Celtics game presentation and community relations efforts, the Celtics said.
“Chipotle’s dedication to serving quality food makes them the perfect fit to partner with on our youth basketball initiative, and we’re thrilled to have them on board,” Boston Celtics vice president of corporate sponsorship Ted Dalton said in a statement. “Their involvement in-game will also increase fan engagement and add to the overall game experience.”
A press release added: "For in-game presentation, Chipotle will have a 'Lucky Row' promotion at select home games where each fan seated in the winning row will receive a 'Burrito Buck' that can be redeemed for a burrito at Chipotle locations.... Additionally, Chipotle will have in-game presence through Courtside DLP and LED signage, as well as a timeout promotion on the Garden HDX high-definition scoreboard. In the community, Chipotle will be the presenting sponsor of the Reebok Junior Celtics Program, which teaches youth the fundamentals of basketball through the Greater Boston YMCA." (Globe Staff)
