Clark U. relocating satellite campus to Southborough

Clark University Graduate School of Management has executed a new 8,470-square-foot lease for its satellite campus at 333 Turnpike Road in Southborough, a broker involved in the transaction said.

The broker is Colliers Meredith & Grew, which represented the Southborough property's landlord, KS Partners.

The school’s main campus is in Worcester, and the satellite campus, which will hold evening classes for MBA candidates, will relocate from 1671 Worcester Road in Framingham in January 2010, Colliers Meredith & Grew said.

The firm added that GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners represented Clark University Graduate School of Management in the transaction. (Globe Staff)
