Verizon FiOS TV talks up new Patriots content

Massachusetts and Rhode Island subscribers to the Verizon FiOS TV service will now have access to some free, 24/7 New England Patriots video content, including news conferences by coach Bill Belichick (right) and star quarterback Tom Brady, Verizon Communications said today.

"Verizon’s on-demand service, called FiOS1 Local Zone, is part of the company’s multi-year marketing partnership with the Patriots," Verizon said in a press release.

The package of football content includes Patriots Today, a daily show hosted by Kristin Akra featuring reports, commentary, and analysis of the team, Verizon said.
