Waste Management leases space in Foxborough

Waste Management of North America has signed a new lease for 42,000 square feet of space at 1 Patriot Place in Foxborough, said a broker involved in the transaction.

The broker is CB Richard Ellis/New England, which negotiated the long-term lease on behalf of Waste Management.

Waste Management, which will use Patriot Place for office space, is relocating operations from Mansfield, CB Richard Ellis/New England said. (Globe Staff)
