Vermont Pure Spring Water leases Canton space

Vermont Pure Spring Water, a bottled water provider, will occupy 23,966 square feet of space at 95 Shawmut Rd. in Canton, said a broker involved in the transaction.
Vermont Pure Spring Water plans to use the space for distribution purposes, said the broker, CB Richard Ellis/New England.
CB Richard Ellis/New England said it represented a subsidary of Hall Royce LLC in the transaction; Hall Royce purchased 95 Shawmut Rd. in 2008. Vermont Pure Spring Water was represented by Parsons Commercial Real Estate.
