Chamber gears up for awards ceremony
The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce said it is gearing up for its awards ceremony later this week that will honor eight local women who have achieved excellence in business and management.
The ceremony is scheduled for Friday at the Westin Copley Place Boston.
The chamber announced last month the names of the winners, and they include Mary Richardson of the TV magazine show Chronicle; Massachusetts Senate president Therese Murray; Pine Street Inn
president Lyndia Downie; Harvard Medical School professor Sharon Inouye; Suffolk University Law School professor Renee Landers; Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts senior vice president Fredi Shonkoff; KNF&T president Beth Tucker; and Catholic Charities president Tiziana Dearing.
