Colliers Meredith & Grew, a Boston-based commercial real estate firm, said it has been appointed by Campanelli Cos. to be the exclusive leasing agent for 300 Crown Colony, an office building in Quincy.
Campanelli Cos., a real estate developer headquartered in Braintree, purchased the building earlier this month, a press release from Colliers Meredith & Grew noted.
