Demandware taps Ebling to be chief executive

Demandware Inc., a Woburn company specializing in on-demand e-commerce, today announced the appointment of Tom Ebling as its chief executive.
Most recently, Ebling served as chief executive of Lattice Engines, a startup offering sales and optimization solutions to large sales organizations.
Ebling succeeds John Pearce, who decided to step down to pursue other interests, a company spokeswoman said.
