Dunkin’ customers are loyal to their joe, survey says
Dunkin' Donuts has long said that its customers love its coffee, and now the Canton-based chain has some new evidence to support its claim.
The evidence is a national survey that seeks to identify brands that are best able to engage consumers by meeting or exceeding their expectations. The survey is conducted annually by a firm called Brand Keys.
In a press release, Dunkin' noted that it ranked "number one in customer loyalty in the coffee category" in Brand Key's latest survey. It's the fourth straight year that Dunkin' has ranked tops in the coffee category in the Brand Key surveys, the chain added.
