Integrated Builders tapped for Chelmsford project
Integrated Builders said it has been awarded a contract to renovate 22,000 square feet of space at 300 Apollo Dr. in Chelmsford.
Braintree-based Integrated Builders said it was hired by the landlord, Chelmsford Associates LLC, to provide such services as installing supplemental cooling systems, lighting, and power feeds.
The renovated space will be occupied by MRV Communications Inc., a provider of packet switching, packet optical, physical layer and out-of-band networking equipment, services and optical components for high-speed carrier and enterprise networks and specialized aerospace, defense, and other communications networks.
Integrated Builders said it is working on the project with Spagnolo Gisness & Associates, a Boston-based architectural design firm.
