Viridity Software appoints CEO

Viridity Software, a Burlington company specializing in data center energy resource management, said it has named Robert Steinkrauss to the position of president and chief executive.

Before joining Viridity Software, Steinkrauss was president and chief executive of Chosen Security Inc., a company focused on identity verification and security services, a Viridity Software press release noted.

"Now, more than ever, data center professionals cite power and energy management as their number-one operational issue," Steinkrauss said in a statement. "Viridity's EnergyCenter software delivers the industry's most efficient, cost effective, and accurate solution for reducing data center energy consumption."
