Love your work? Think your bosses are great folks? Boasting to friends about your fantastic bennies? Now, there's more time for your employer to get that much-deserved recognition as one of the greatest workplaces in Massachusetts.

The deadline for nominations for the 2010 edition of The Boston Globe's Top Places to Work, the Globe's annual survey of the organizations that offer the most rewarding work experiences, is being extended to July 16.

topplaces300.gifHundreds of employers have already been nominated, and more than 230 have signed up for this year's Top Places competition, but we want this year's list to be the most competitive ever. Anyone can nominate a company, nonprofit, educational institution, or government agency. And it's easy to do. There's a simple form at boston.com/topplacestowork/nominate.

Only organizations with at least 100 employees are eligible.

Once nominated, the employer will be asked to allow the Globe and its survey partner, WorkPlace Dynamics, to ask employees to complete a short, confidential survey about their workplace. Last year, more than 86,000 employees at 269 organizations completed Top Places to Work surveys.

Once the surveys are in, they'll be used to compile the 2010 rankings, to be published in November in a special magazine in the Boston Sunday Globe and online at Boston.com.
