Casual Male opens Vegas Destination XL store

Casual Male Retail Group Inc., the Canton-based haberdasher that specializes in outfitting out-sized men, said it has opened the latest store in its new Destination XL superstore chain, this one in Las Vegas.

The company may be best known for its Casual Male XL chain that sells big and tall clothing in 454 Casual Male XL retail and outlet stores. The company also operates 19 stores under the Rochester Clothing nameplate.

Recently the company launched its Destination XL chain, which aims to be a one-stop shop for its customers by offering a wide range of clothing, shoes, and accessories under one roof. The company also refers to Destination XL as DXL.

"At an estimated 10,000 square feet and with thousands of clothing options in big sizes XL-7XL, tall sizes LT-6XLT and waist sizes 38-64, the DXL experience will feature the most extensive assortment of Big & Tall selections in the US," the company said in a press release.

Besides the Vegas store, there are currently with three other DXL location. The other stores are located in Houston, Memphis, and Schaumburg, Ill., the company said.
